Aren't this creatures that are said to be dream eaters or something like that?

I like the anatomy. It looks really nice.

I knew it! There is as a Pokémon base on this animal (if you are familiar with Pokémon).

You don't have to. Pokémon exists in so many media, you can be familiar with it without ever having touched the games.

that's true
I know most pokemon by descriptions, but it hard to keep track of their names.
that one you mention, I think it is from the first generation, but I am not fully sure

It is even harder for me XD I am german, you know that and we dub the names! It is hard enough to remember all the german names, but the english names, I am completely lost!

wow, we don't do that. we let the name stay the same as the original or the same as the American version.
many anime are dubbed Danish here, but they have most of the time the American name version.

it's a thing I notice when I was on vacation in German, you guys looove to dub EVERYTHING.
not easy to watch High School musical in German when you can only count to three and say "bless you" on German.
you guys are weird in the good way XD

then again; our subtitle SUCKS, even when you have Danish dub AND Danish sub.
they don't even say the same thing in the subtitles!
WHY, Denmark WHY?!?!

I actually like the german names, these are some very clever puns.

And yeah, we dub EVERYTHING! We have some pretty amazing voice actors, so I am not mad at this. I also think that Hollywood movies improve with our voice acting, cause in the original, they just mumble their text, it is awful!

Oh, seems like Denmark doesn't put too much effort in dubs and subs.

Sadly, in Germany, we also have bad dubs. Some of these are just grating, especially some video games are really bad dubbed (although not every video games get dubbed), but we also have some pretty amazing dubs, mostly cartoons.

that's awesome, wonder they write other languages name on the pokemon wiki?

hahaha, true

nope, we either sound bored or salty XD
only very few Disney movies have a good dub. those who are sent directly on TV are terrible >.<

we mostly let them stay in their original dub and just put bad subbing under.
thanks, denmark, there is a reason why I stopped have subs for a loooong time ago

Yeah, in the german Wiki they write the different names from different countries. There are the original japanese names, the most common english names, the german names and the french names.
