Hi! It takes me around 5-6 hours to do a Snape like this (sometimes a little more), and I use coloured pencils, ink and watercolour! But it's the pencils that do the most work - the watercolour is just a ground really, and the ink gets me nice black blacks (as I have quite a light touch with pencils).
