Myst III ReloadedNow, you need to have read 's fanfic "Between the Lines" [link] to understand that one...
So, here's one more character I steal from Halley.
This comic has actually been an idea on my mind for quite some time, but I needed to train drawing Saavedro beforehand, to be sure I could get it right.
Even that way, I realised while drawing it that I just -can't- draw Saavy's right profile. I just... can't. Don't ask why. How comes I drew it there, then? Well... I cheated. I drew his left profile, making sure I inverted all his gear and hairstuff and all, and then... I scanned the whole stuff and flipped him digitally. Mwahaha. Computers are the magic wand of lazybutts.

THE STRANGER!!!! I've been fooling around with his design as well. Yours is great! You really got the expressive eyes right.
Actually, half the time while reading that story I found myself automatically imagining Cyan as The Stranger. I kept having to kick myself and remember that he was a little robot, not a human boy!

This "Stranger", just like this Saavedro, belongs to who drew the original version of him (you can find the link towards that pic in the commentary)...
He he, I loved that story... I would love to see how Cyan would have coped, too... (hey, that's an idea! Will you draw it???
While reading, I remembered the stranger was a robot, but I couldn't help but picture him as the THX robot!!! 
Glad you like his expressions, I tried to pay it a lot of attention (specially since he doesn't have a mouth...)
