as I was drawing my recent drawing of L, my friend Will came up to me and asked me to draw him....he wasn't too happy with the result, at first. then he said it was great. dunno if he felt guilty or if he really changed his mind.
anyway. I thought I did a fairly awesome job (especially considering the guy doesn't know how to sit still)...til he had me change all this stuff I wouldn't normally change. XD
I'm not sure if I'm going to draw portraits for people anymore when they ask for it, until I've much improved anyway. this was a bit of a nightmare (don't tell him I said that.)

Really nice portrait. You are very effective with lines. Maybe next time you might try out shading as well

if that were the case, then I wouldn't draw anyone but the people I wanna promote...and therefore, I wouldn't draw anyone but L and Link XD
