This is my fifth Enchanted Insect. I know snails are technically not insects... but I'll lump them in my series anyway.

I settled on naming her "The Muse." It is sort of a pun, really... I think all definitions (verb and noun) suit this painting.

I was going for the slow-paced, relaxed, contemplative personae of snails.
