I admit I'm not entirely satisfied with this, but after the Halo Reach pumpkin I didn't have the stamina to finish this up to the same standards. It looks less like Garrus and more like the Turian council member, buuut...oh well. Nothin' I can do about it now!!So here is Garrus Vakarian, the ever faithful squad mate of the Mass Effect series. I don't have time to post a link tonight, but if you want to know what he looks like just google him. When I drew the stencil I used a couple references, but I wanted it to be a semi-original pose so it's not an exact copy of any one screen shot of him.
For those of you wondering about the discoloration on the one side of his face, it's a scar.

Sooo, hope all the Garrus fans will appreciate the small dedication to our favorite turian's greatness, however rushed it might be. And I hope the rest of you like it too.

My brother is a huge Gears of War fan so I might do something for him. Or maybe a multi-character carving in anticipation of ME3. Well, whatever I do it should be fun to try anyway,

Wow, I saw your Reach pumpkin featured on Halo Waypoint and thought it was fantastic, but I didn't get a chance to look into the artist. Then, a friend of mine showed me this and it looks AMAZING! I love Garrus, and you did a fantastic job, both with this and the Reach one. Excellent work!

Garrus is the man, haha. I wasn't sure if I captured his character well enough, but everyone says so, so I'll take their word for it. The Halo pumpkin was kind of my pride and joy this year - a lot of work went into that.

Err, well, I drew him first, taped it on the pumpkin and used a scrimshaw tool to make little holes along the lines as guidelines for when I go to cut.
It's a long and involved process, haha. Thanks!
