Physical appearance - Noel is a Tall, bipedal shark creature, who has large fish hands that end in sharp claws. Though he seems bulky he's rather frail and can be easily toppled due to his short legs. His fish tail is mostly there just to keep him balanced the poor thing. He hardly ever opens his eyes but he assures you they're there. He does need them after all.

Some would speculate too that, the fish hook lobbed through his nose would harm him in some way but, it doesn't seem to bother him at all? Most the time anyway...
And yes Noel does have freckles littered about him. Don't even mention them he'll punch you.
