My Background Rules. Due to theft of my works these are my rules. You are allowed to use my background in print on and off of DA as long as you have turned them into your own art. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL MY BACKGROUNDS IN ANY WAY FOR OR SHAPE IN THE ORIGINAL FORMAT OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN. PLEASE respect my rules Thank You.If you use my premade backgrounds.
Please do not use just a section of the background (EXAMPLE: MOON/BIRD/TREE). It is meant to be used as a whole. Otherwise please go to that particular stock or find another one.
Credit me in your description with a link back to the original stock photo or to my main page.
You must leave me a comment with a link to the deviation you've created. I want to see and it.
I give full permission to use my stock in prints or any work that is used outside of DA.
No commercial use of this background without written permission.
BE CREATIVE! Do NOT use my stock if you're only going to do minor changes like changing hue/saturation, texture overlay, or only put a border around the picture, etc.
You cannot manipulate my stock to make other stock unless permission is given.
Do NOT enhance and upload my photos as your own!
I reserve the right to request an un-watermarked copy of Manipulations using my Female and Male stock. I am keeping a keepsake book for my Kids.

Five stars for vision and this is a quality vision and the blues of the sky and water are good. Originality is four stars as many people take shots of the ocean, sky, and marinas so not as original as could be. Had you had one ship in the picture that would make for a huge difference. I do love the palms in the corner. Technique needs help. Look at the water line - it is slanted. The water line should be even. This piece does need to be straightened. I like the impact but overall please work this shot up a little more and fix the water angle. If you do this, I will write another critique.
