I decided to remake my old British Characters list since it's a bit outdated now and I wanted to updated my content even further then expected, just for more surprises, so I'm now doing the countdowns.

10. Wallace & Gromit, easily my childhood icons, I loved their dynamic with each other and Gromit's silent animation just charms me everytime and overall, they expanded my love of stop-motion.

9. Mr Toad, I've always loved Wind in the Willows and Mr Toad is one of my favourite characters from that series cuz of how charming he is in general, he's so adorable and I want to protect him.

8. Thomas the Tank Engine, despite his reputation being dragged through the mud thanks to Mattel's executive meddling, I still love him and will always remember how good he was during the stop motion era.

7. Paddington, easily one of the most humble and wholesome characters ever, he's such a cutie and I love that he doesn't get too angry but can have his cross moments, plus, his hard stare from the movies is so funny and charming.

6. Bob the Builder, I know some people aren't too fond of his smiling mouth, but I love Bob, he's such a kind person and an amazing leader who knows how to get things done and is very good at doing his job. Sadly, the 2015 reboot ruined his character though.

5. Mr Bean, easily one of the most funniest characters in existence, he cracks me up whenever he's onscreen and his cute little car always reminded me that I wanted a car like that when I wanted to grow up.

4. Noddy, I think he's cute but also very charming and relatable, and I've always loved his relationship with Big Ears and his pet dog, just so wholesome.

3. Dennis the Menace, not to be confused with the American version, I find him relatable cuz I used to behave badly when I was a child and did numerous bad things, but in the end, he does have a heart and since I've matured, I look back on Dennis very fondly.

2. Fireman Sam, easily one of my favourite role models, he's such an amazing firefighter and kind person, and all of his inventions look very cool and creative, like Patent Potato Picker, or his Deep O Matic, and I've always wanted to be like him when I would grow up. Too bad the CGI series ruined his character though.

1. Postman Pat, my number 1 childhood icon, I've loved his relationship with Jess, and he's such a caring father to Julian, and I can relate with him overall, since not everyone is perfect, and Pat can have his down times, and that there is great kids show writing, and honestly, even if he was flanderized in that godawful movie adaption, I still love him.
