It is about a Shiny Popplio who came from the Alola region and was abandoned by her selfish trainer who abused her because of her poor battling skills, and when Serena spots her all alone, she befriends her and starts to bond with her more, even having a newly fond relationship with her instantly, and in the end, she catches her as her 4th Pokémon and later evolves into a Brionne with her ears being wrapped in Ribbons due to Serena's love for ribbons, and starts to become apart of her little family alongside Braixen, Pancham and Sylveon while they're still in the Hoenn region together and are ready to participate in Contest Spectaculars.
