Description I spent all of like six hours on this last night, well into the wee hours of the morning on this, but it sure was worth it.

Wooooow :3
I love the explanation… I didn't comment on this deviation because I wanted to read it all first. Now I appreciate it more. Geez, all that work!
It was worth the time and effort, dear Falcolf.

Thanks, only now I need to go back and redo all the stars on AOH's cover! O.o When I compare the stars here to the stars there I just plain shudder. I will not be able to live with myself if I don't edit that before I send AOH in.

OMG so beautiful :'<
I absolutely love those stars. I'm working on a space scene right now. I think I might try your method of stars for it. Cause this is purely magnificent. Especially those nebula colors. It seems people always seem to forget those when they do their space scenes!

Fantastic job. And kudos for taking the time to write out how you process it! Bet it took forever.

Thank you so much! If you do try my method I hope you're successful. It's pretty easy for me, so I'm sure you should have no trouble. Writing this out took about an hour I think, but I'm glad I did it, 'cus I like helping. Only now I have to go redo the stars on my book's cover, which'll take like five hours. (Ugh.)

I've seen so many of these and have wondered so much how they are made in photoshop. That was very helpful! Next time I'm at school I'm going to try this!

This looks wonderful! I originally thought that this was an actual Earth photo, but then I realised it said TPF. The satellite is a nice touch.

Wow, that's gorgeous! I love your little satellite! It's so cute.
I also really like the almost invisible strips of color in the black sky
( unless that's my screen going bonkers). The stars look wonderful, they were worth all that work!
The planet looks absolutely amazing. The way you got the clouds to swirl on the surface looks very realistic. I'm REALLY anticipating these redone pages!
Astronomy is just fascinating. I think my favorite nebula of all is the Horse Nebula.
