this is like really bad, i didnt know how hard gerard was going to be to do! it was one of those "i started so i must finish but it keeps going wrong and i cant really be botherd anymore" things lol. im going to start another one with a different picture, i may have more luck lolughhh lol

The bridge of the nose is slightly wider due to shading which I think is altering the way he looks. The fabric on his coat looks good, very realistic. It probably just needs more definition. I can understand that feeling you get, it can really put you off of finishing something. Good idea to start again, if you know you can do better.

Emilie Autumn isn't metal... it's rather spiffy. youtube her. i listen to lots of different types of music, but for some reason i don't end up listening to anything that's sort of mainstream... or anything...

Compared to your other stuff, it's certainly not your best, the shadowing seems to be off, which makes the picture look kinda odd, but still, well done!
