just the plane vector based pictures. drawings with shades looks more awesome ^^ but its to much for comics XD 

did you draw this one with vectors or free hand?

i wanna put this on record: i've never used vectors and i never will,  every time i look at some of those i feel like they lack "soul"…
all my drawings (and comics) are done by free hand, from pencil sketch (or digital sketch), to lineart and colors.

i'm proud of my drawings and i won't taint them with "shortcuts" like that U_U

then again sometimes there are original vector drawings that are quite good ^^

hehe thats great. i was just unsure bcause your lines look so damn smooth XD but to actually know that this is free hand, its even more awesome ^^
i don't want to do vectordrawings as well. just like you said. the missing soul in it. everyone can do vectors. but with this technique there will be no own style in a way when its drawn complete free hand. i want to start drawing soon. but i guess, it will be a long road to do drawings like yours XD most of my time is spended for 3D programms. i'm not used to draw 2D XD i will see how this will end lol. until then i try to learn from tutorials and drawing itself.

to sum up ^^ your pictures are great ^^

linearts and shades are becoming my bread and butter 
but if i really want to be good like the masters that i follow i can't allow myself the use of those "tricks".
the important things are passion and training
