I like the look in the eyes very much, it looks so intense and devoted. I would have like to have had a little less distraction in the image by not having the dolls on the bed and what looks to be the last half of a cat.
And not entirely sure why, but I think it would have been better with the guy in jeans if he was barefoot. With shoes he looks to either on his way out the door or just in.
