Phew. Finished! This was meant to be a speed manipulation, and I work ALL FREAKING DAY on it...no lie, from 10:00am till 8:00pm. Hmm, I guess I get caught up with detail.
This won 70k in ~PixXyAngel 's horseland desktop contest! yay!
I can honestly say that this is my best yet, I love it <3 The mane and tail were a pain in the butt...my hand is cramped up so bad right now...I will not try to do anything in one day again >.< Oh, and my eyes are so screwed up...
Oh, and get this. Tomorrow I have to do my end of school year test...with a cramped up hand and screwy eyes...nice, eh?

yea, the tail is a bit fanned out and thin, but I'm too lazy to go back and fill it out a bit...just pretend he's a baby unicorn...^_^

Haha, I made a layer from visible, then set it to overlay. then I made a new layer, got a neon-y yellow, and set it to overlay, then lowered the opacity, and it came out pretty nice

ahh I see, I always did this and it never worked, or atleast it wasn't very good. but doubling up the layers really helps!

Although, I feel as though the base of the tail is a little bit too thin, and perhaps too fanned out, also.
