Well it's been awhile since I've done something really good, and I've had a few people asking to see more of Emie... so I thought I might go all out for a change.I spent 4 days or so on this... prolly around 10 to 12 hours. Most of it was spent on the CG. Cel shading takes sooo long. But check out Emie's pants.. OMG that took forever. I'm not completely satisfied with it (note the crappy bg), and Hal's legs are too short, but other than that, I like it.
Emie is on the left, Hal is on the right. Emie is smaller and younger, and she isn't a fallen angel so her wings are intact. Also, they have shiny hair.
If you select Somewhat Like Deviation or Dislike Deviation, PLEASE give some kind of reason. Anything will do, but I can't make my art better unless you tell me what's wrong with it, can I?
EDIT: They both do have eyebrows (though they may be faint), and Halcyon's right boot (viewer's left) *is* meant to appear smaller. It is not the same boot... if you haven't guessed by now, I'm a big whore for asymmetrical clothing design. However, it would've been better to have matching boots. For the record.

I love their clothes! I always like seeing stuff hanging on or attatched to the clothes. and it looks realy smooth. my favorite things in pictures are the pants, chains, neclaces, straps, gloves, boots and glowing stuff. kool

I love how you did the folds in the pants. I don't know how to describe it, but somehow it really gives the fabric of the pants a lot of weight and I think that makes it look really interesting...yeah I know you submitted this a long time ago, but I just saw it and still wanted to comment.

clothes: are too good to be real. its a pity that noone can ever wear such clothes except when you would bodypaint them...HA!
cell shading:just great. i imagine you with a half warm ramen and a big ass bucket full of patience in front of countless finished and unfinished cells...I hope you didn't get too

The one on our right... her outfit sorta looks like it's part of Vash the Stampede's outfit.. and same with the large boot.. It just sorta does look like it to me.. o.o I wonder if it looks that way to anyone else.. It's a nice picture though.. I may buy the print..
