Hello.

My name is FamibunP.
I made a spain MMD model.
in dA, "to use FamibunP's model foe a romantic content is illegal".
But It is a rule of the model which I didn't make. [link]
The feature of the model which I made is as a picture.

*Permissions*
-Use romantic contents.
-Edit model.
-Send edited model to a friend. (E-mail only!)
-Distribute a texture file(*.png *.tga) that you edited by a uploader.

As Rules for Japanese,
- Yaoi content can be used only on Nico-Nico-Douga.
But I do not force you(oversea people) to keep this regulation too.
You can use my model for a romantic content in dA.

*prohibitions*
- Use to business and for commercial purposes.
- Sell the printing my model.
- Sell the picture file that is used my model.
- Use for a national disgrace.
- Distribute to public widely by a uploader. (Even if with a password)
- Use for R-18
The above prohibitions are an absolute no-no.

Especially, to sell my work tramples on my pride and belief!
As long as you continue to SELL my work, I DO NOT distribute my models.

*許可*
・恋愛表現への使用
・モデル改造
・友人に改造したモデルを送る（Eメールのみ）
・あなたが編集したテクスチャファイルを配布する。

日本人向けの規約では
・同性愛表現はニコニコ動画のみで使うことができます
しかし私はこの規約はあなた方（海外の人々）に強いません。
あなたがたはdAで、私のモデルを恋愛表現に使うことができます。

*禁止*
・ビジネス、商用利用
・私のモデルを印刷した物の販売
・私のモデルを使用した画像ファイルの販売
・国辱への利用
・アップローダでの大衆への配布（パスワードありでも）
・R-18への使用
上記の禁止事項は絶対に禁止です。

特に、私の作品を売ることは、私の誇りと信念を踏みにじります。
私の作品を売り続ける限り、私は配布を再開しません。

私は英語を読むことができません。
