Yep. Rock again. From Metropolis. But he's a recurring character in a lot of the Tezuka manga out there, so this is him from what I guess is The Vampires 2 (I've seen some scans, but I based the claw part on some fanart I saw). Quick oekaki. Rock is uber-badass. He needs to wear suits more often.

Actually it's from Woobit (or Uobinto), where Rock himself turns into a wolf (the guy seems to always be associated with animals, morphing, guns and death.). He's always donned a dark suit, and I agree it my fave attire of his~!
