it shows your personality well that you made a hummingbird, i would have probably tried doing something ugly like a dragon or something. hummingbirds are so cool

I picked humming bird because I wanted to do something colourful in the snow, I already done kingfisher drawings so I wanted to try something different, and I'm currently in school enrichment working on a Marquetry of a hummingbird

see? the other thing you did was a kingfisher, again shows a wonderful soul.
i like dragons, chinese and other types too, but they wouldnt look as immediately appealing to such a wide audience.
mothers the world over could look upon these and smile, whereas many mothers out there dont like their children drawing disturbing things like dragons and vampires
and dont get me wrong here, im not calling you a child. however my mother still worries about the things i draw and im 26.

To our mothers, we will always be their "little boy" their "baby" , that's something time can't change.

i know 'adults' that are more childish than my six year old sometimes.
i am a rare 26 year old, that thinks deeper than my parents and their parents, because i studied philosophy, theology, physics and meditation.
my partner is like that too, she studied sociology and psychology, and even now is going back to college to study electrical systems.
i think its more important about whether or not you want to be grown up inside, and you dont need to rush to be grown up, its a hard job and is no fun. college for me was pretty much about partying, i think it depends on how we look at things : )

yeah, I can guess what you felt like, a few of my friends did the same thing, they all got kids now, it has changed them completely, the talk differently they look like they have been through shit. and just looks like they're having a bad time...

not for me. once upon a time i was very upset about where my life was going.
now im happier than i ever was as a child.
what can i say? it took me 20 years to find out why i felt homesick my entire life. now i have found my other half i understand that it was something missing that made me feel that way
that said, true soul mates are hard to find in this world.
im very lucky really to have found mine when i did,
before i destroyed myself.

of course my friends are miserable but they are still young, they are still suffering from what they've done. I so happy you have found true love and found happiness. I just spent the entire morning resolving my parent's issues so I'm feeling pretty tired right now.

ah, famliy life. how irksome it can be (irksome means tiring, annoying and never ending)-thats why i moved far, far away from my family. i hope your family stays sorted now for a while, you deserve a break
im very lucky to have found her. most of my life was spent fighting for survival among crazy gang territories and taking lotsa drugs in between-
now im a different man, and much better for it

Ahhh cold is a huge problem. I think i spent like a hour out on the roof. But that will probably means i actually spend anything between 2-3 hours. I have no sense if time when i'm working on a art project that i enjoy. Plus i have to do it all in one go other wise it will be cover again....
