Origin: Vincent is the CEO of Hammond Enterprises a company that uses technology to help people. However his company isn't as clean as people may think. Behind the scenes Hammond creates powerful high tech weapons he sells on the black market. However when Heroes such as Luminous, Gemstone, and Captain Justice found out about Vincent's black market arms deals Vincent was furious. This caused Vincent to create a growing hatred for all superheroes so much the he soon created an army of Supervillains he dubbed "The Villain Syndicate". He also created a Armored power suit and armed it with weapons based on the Heroes weaknesses. He swore that once the heroes were defeated he would rule this world becoming more than a King an Overlord.
