Characteristics: Speaks with a Italian accent, Eats Italian food, Uses typical 1920 mobster phrases ( Sleeping with the fishes, Schmucks, Bought the farm to name a few).

Origin:
On the surface Thomas "Tommy 2 Guns" Haggin may look like a Mobster from the 1920s. But in reality he is a Mobster from the 1920s. It turns out in 1925 Tommy was one of the right hand man to one of the biggest Mob bosses in the city. During his time he got his nickname by mowing down anyone with 2 of any firearm whether it be shotguns, pistols, or revolvers. But his weapons of choice is 2 good old fashioned Tommy Guns (hence the nickname). But deep down he rather be leader instead of a lackey. One day he attempted to kill his boss. Unfortunately his boss found out by one of his loyalists. as punishment the boss froze tommy in a block of Ice thinking it would kill him. Instead it left Tommy in a state of suspended animation. His frozen body was found by Vincent Hammond and was released. Tommy soon found out that he was frozen for 90 years. He then went on to create his own mob in this new unfamiliar time. However this often put him at odds with Captain Justice.
