I really love her face expression and the camera angle of the scene.

Yep, it's a beautiful picture! For me, I don't know if she will die or survive. I'm more interested by her attitude : She faces a critic situation but keeps calm despite the blood and pain. She seems to accept her future, symbolized by the shining butterflies.
The contrast between her pale skin and the deep-red blood more her dying eye adds a sort of erotism to the scene.
