Haha thank you very much! Aw don't worry too much, Worbla and craft foam do the same thing, foam is just a bit unstable. For shoulder armor I like foam better, Worbla is too heavy for me

Yes, with heat gun, but mostly by hand. I just kept pressing the foam until it got the right shape
