I don't think so. Mindanao is late on technology (I think) if he ever wanted to fight for his freedomΒ then it shall be granted for the safety of everyone. Its not like Mindanao's a really powerful or something. Philippines all in all is a weak country (bullied by other countries and so) so it makes no different that Mindanao would be weak also lol

Mindanao wasn't ruled by Spain. Only Luzon and Visayas. When Spain sold Piri to America... Mindanao came too. That's why they're angry. They could be a Country if they want though. IDK.
