Interestin, and I agree with theese, althoughCloud of Darkness could be argued to be Chatic Neutral or True Neutral, seeing how it's a force of natural entropy. Yes, she's an universe destroyer, but it was commented in Final Fantasy V, that everything came from the Void(of which the Cloud is an incarnation), and will, probably return to it.
Ygorl/Lord Entropy in Planescape/D&D Multiverse, is a similar force, yet is seen as Chaotic Neutral.
The Cloud also opposed the cycles made by Shinryu, seeing them as unnatural.
Curiously, it was sugggested also the Cloud of Darkness, could become a being of light, and cause a Flood of Light/Radiance, if imbalance was caused by Light. Hence the Cloud's alternate Lucent Robe/Cloud of Light costume .
With Justice, yeah he was originally strongly Lawful Good, but he became muchh darker as Vengence...

That does make sense.
I had originally made one with what the spirit of justice became in DA2, but they did possess two different beings. Such as the zombie here and than Anders. fav.me/d7va9ls
