Years of research and countless credits were poured into her genetic creation. By all measurable aspects, no human alive should be her equal.
Tali's a Quarian, though.
Though known for their minds and technical acumen, Miranda isn't the first to be surprised by their strength and skill. It might be a little bit of an unfair advantage that Tali can't actually take off her suit, which in addition to its viral protection gives her some powerful adaptive mechanical advantages. She didn't tell Miranda that, though.
