Before reading the title, this fractal made me think about the sun rising through a stained glass, rays, sunbeams and all. I don't know about Colorado, but I think the title really fits. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
The main problem in my opinion are those vertical, slightly curved, thin lines, which detract from the stained-glass feeling, flattening the image. They're like scratches on the glass, and I don't feel like they were really needed. Also, maybe the white in some zones of the upper left is sometimes a bit too much, but I can't really decide about that.
Rays and sunbeams are well placed, and the texture is absolutely fabulous, giving the impression of the grains and veins of the glass. The warm colours flow endlessly into one another, as if the sunrise is slowly developing in full day right before our eyes, and gleams are almost all in the right places.
The border is well thought up.
In its entirety this is a really nice peace that warms you up. Key word here is "atmosphere". e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Thumbs Up"/>

"And through the window in the wall
Come streaming in on sunlight wings
A million bright ambassadors of morning."
I wouldn't know about Colorado, but it certainly feels like sunrise!
