This is a portrait of Lori, aka =LoriVintage55 on deviantart!

It's my first portrait for someone who is not family, but my dad has told me it is my best portrait by far. I put aside a lot more time than I usually do with drawing, since I wanted to make sure it didn't look rushed and that it had every opportunity to be improved (it would sit on my desk and as I walked pass I would see something and add it).

Details:
- photo reference.
- Outline and planning done using 2H pencil
- Used B and 2B pencils for shading
- Used 4B and 6B pencils for hair and darker shading
- Don't know how long it took me, but I started it over three weeks ago (22nd June).
