I love it, its a beautiful little GIF with two amazing characters in. You've given Kincaid his shark-grin and included his frills and his scare accurately, as well as his colours. Plus you've gotten Ulalume's cute face down to a T.
It's a perfect GIF.
You've put their heads in curious positions and I assume that Kincaid is pushing to the fore, only his head is just a bit bigger than Ulalume unless she's looking from behind but they both look great and I'm really pleased that you go Kincaid's expression of cockiness but also goofiness so well.
I haven't got any other critique to give though it might have been nice to see a bit of Ulalume's body like her neck so it looks like she's in the background, purely for perspective but thank you so much!

Ironically, I did Kincaid first and didn't have as much room as I would have liked, so Ulaluma was smaller. XD
