I saw this photo recently, and loved it. Now I see this drawing and it's great no less! I like such rough style!
Agree with the previous comment about the shadows, and maybe you could add some random patterns as tattoos (yeah, they are pain in the ass xD)

Nice one!! great colors, almost nothing to be critique about.. shadow below his lips is looking like he has big hole in his head.. ale the rest is stuning
