Description i took this outside of a restaurant in Colonial Beach, near my home, at um..sunset..

*hides behind moniter*

wow, the water and the sun look fantastic! i absolutly love how the water ripples and it all looks so calming, it might also llok very nice in black and white... but anyway lovely job!

i would make it black and white coz it does look pretty good that way but then u couldnt see all the sunset colors..so its one of the few pictures ive taken that ive decided to leave in color...

This piece has a breathtaking composition - the sunburst low in the sky, surrounding by interesting hues and tones, contrasted with the silhouettes of the boats which are perfected by the rippled reflections. Really beautiful work - very well done!!!

awesome shot! there is a lot going on in it....i reallly dig the sun through the clouds effect....much better than if it was the sun on a clear sky... i am a big fan of boats in photos to!

Beauitufl lighting I did try to shoot photos of sunsets and a foreground to it, but for some reason, it doesn't really show that well.. Anyway, the image of a sunset with boats, piers and such is iconic of parts of the US

I know how you feel about being scared of posting photos, I never know which category is right.
It's a very nice picture, I'm not sure why but what really draws me to the picture is the sun just peeking out behind the clouds and reflecting off the water. It's like a ray of hope. Or I'm just crazy, one or the other lol.
