Commission forPulled out of the water by his same fishing pole, he is slammed onto the rocks and dazed. He is then caught easily by the trainer who earlier that day caught a decidueye.

The funny thing is, this (and most of your other transformations) really go to show the cruelness of humans in the Pokemon universe. They believe they can actually CAPTURE wild Pokemon for their own use, and then force them to fight each other. Having the character be a human (who probably is trying to capture his own Pokemon) turn into one seems like a cruel twist of fate, and gives him the experience of being on that other side of what is pretty much slavery. It's very interesting to think about. (And the art is stunning as always, of course!)

I wonder how the two new starters will be able to, if they can anyways, deal with this? After all, what exactly happens after a Pokemon gets caught? Do they get hypnotized into becoming a "slave" to their master, or do they still have control over themselves? No one knows!

Well, it would be the most logical thing, since he already has a Grass type and a Water type. But, you are right. I will just wait and see what you have planned.
That's actually one of my favorite themes for stories. A human get changed into a Pokemon and gets on a Journey as a Trainers Pokemon. I find that more interesting as the typical Mystery Dungeon stories.

This trainer is completely oblivious to the whole thing, he's just on the usual quest to "Catch em all!" and has no idea his new Pokemon and extremely good luck is due to trainers-turned-Pokemon! But not to worry, they'll have some revenge on him in the end...
