Movie poster/fauxster a film based on the 1985-1988 cartoon series "Jem & The Holograms", and the subsequent toy line by Hasbro.There was a movie announced to be in the works (read about it here ); not surprisingly since Hasbro seems to be selling all of it's titles to studios.
It seems like a no-brainer to cast someone like Miley Cyrus in the lead role. The plot of 'Jem' is basically the same plot as 'Hannah Montana' and it would reach the same demographic the 'Jem' cartoon was aimed at. Der. Then I rounded out the cast with familiar teeny bopper heartthrobs who seem to be all the rage with the youngsters these days.

i like jem a whole lot and no offense but as much as miley is alright in some respects, she would kill jem by playing as jem so sorry to say. again i say this with all due respect.
