The girl is beautiful but the Photoshop job on her boobs is a bit strange...doesnt look natural, not enen like natural "fake" boobs... and in the Info of the image you can see that the program was Pothoshop Cs5 so its clear.
I would like to see more pics of sexy girls but perhaps you could try a bit harder to leran how to achieve more realistic forms, when you want to make boobs bigger^^

No they don't look around 90% are the pear that's the way it SHOULD be. The other 10% ARE misshaped. I guess maybe a girl COULD like walking around with a mistake but chances are they are very unhappy with who ever preformed the operation.

This isn't art. It's porn. Go post it on some erotica site instead of an ART community like this. And yes, there is a mature content filter, but, you know what? Sometimes there're QUALITY artistic nudes with MEANING rather than PORN with NO MEANING.
But, as you please. You are an "artist." Grow a pair and accept what everyone thinks. Some will hate it, some will love it. Take both with a grain of salt.

I've seen fake boobs before and they don't look like small-scale misshapen basket balls.
I have a feeling you may have even photosopped half the effect of the shaping on her tits because I dont know if many females would WANT their boobjob to look that way. I've seen enough girls with real boob jobs who look great. I'm guessing you photoshopped the shape because the outline of her boobs with the shadows and all is bumpy and strange. Whether or not she wanted an unnatural round shape implanted, no woman would want to show off their tits if they looked that way with the lighting. At least I'd be embarrassed if mine looked botched, if nothing else try to make them look smoother.
This is not a website for just appreciation or fawning over art. You should learn to take criticism as an artist.

I don't know what's faker, the entire model because of the ridiculous amount of photoshopping or her poorly done boob-job. They look malformed and not even like breasts. Kinda gross so many people are attracted to boobs the shape of deformed spheres.
I like digital art, naked women, even some photoshopped images but this is just a bit much, I dont find anything about it attractive.
