The concept is good,
people taking breaks is a relaxing theme
the glowing lights make this picture very interesting
they are well done, buteven at full view the overall look of this is a bit blurry
i assume that this is what you were going for, and it looks nice in an unexpected way,
but maybe certain details that arent as clode to the lightsources should be a bit more concrete
instead of looking like they're fading away...unless this is an asian ghost restaraunt
if so then its fine for everything to be a bit fade-y
The water is an awesome idea and makes the piece a lot more interesting to me
overall it looks great, i'm just being pciky and rambling...
