Your style kind of makes me think of some of the guys that did the Animatrix shorts. Excedpt you have the glowing thing going and it's a lot cooler.
I love the little glowing balls that the dragons have attached to their tails. And they move around to gravity. Gives the piece such a sense of reality.

they seem so happy among those glowy eyed dragony things! don't make em do mean things, it would be a waste of cute zombielike children.
Anyway nice scene set up. It tells a lot of story.
