Just a weird little scenario with a quadripolar world, without an exact POD. In case it isn't clear, Norway, Spain, the Netherlands and China are neutrals. Everything else should hopefully be cleared up by looking at the map and the legend.Related content

The captions are a bit confusing to know which is neutral or not and the numbers are a bit hard to read. Other than that, its a very interesting scenario and a good map overall.
