Based on a challenge by here is a flag for a secular Republic of Romania, not to be confused with OTL's Romania since this is a successor state to the so-called Latin Empire.Related content

Romania is a secular republic. Whats with these colours?

Purple stands for the Imperial past (remember this Romania is NOT our Romania but rather a succesor state of the Latin Empire, aka Roman Catholic Constantinenople), while gold stands for the wealth of the country. The white eagle stands for purity and virtuousness of the Roman/Romanian people.

I indeed found it online in a coat of arms and I found it to be extremly fitting.
