Um...you can draw a grid on the reference picture and then do the same on your sketchpad like what I did here: [link] I don't know how else to explain it. Just print out a black & white pic and then draw lines using a ruler (half a centimeter works for me).

Hi! Um...it's not really difficult to draw if you use a grid/graph. You can see the grid/lines on the unfinished version of my Tom drawing here: [link]
Just print out a copy of the pic you want so you can draw a graph on it.
