I finally...got something done. This started out as a doodle on the back of my physics notebook >>THANKSGIVING BREAK FTW.
I can't wait 'til this quarter is over.

My cousin asked me to do a pic of this character.
At the time she asked, she had only given me a name for the character and nothing else.
Thankfully....there's DA here.
All I had to do was type in "Ange Ushiromiya" and was shown many good references.
Unfortunately, I never scanned the pic before I mailed it to her, so it will probably never appear here.
(Just as well though, I think your pic here is much better than how mine actually turned out).
I still have no idea who this character is.
