Powers: Wind Control. Attacks include wind slashes that cut through objects and surfaces, wind gusts, tornadoes (both for destruction and as a method of transportation), and to give herself a speed boost. Ironically, she comes from Chicago, "The Windy City".

Roller-skates and Skateboard: Uses roller-skates and skateboards to travel faster. Her shoes are essentially Heely's, they're equipped with a mechanism that transforms them into roller-skates - wheels pop out of the soles. Her hero name is a direct pun on these two modes of transportation.

Life: She lives alone with her mother, though they seldom speak. Her mother is always busy and out of their house, which is perfect for Kate. She spends most of her time outside with friends or trying to be a hero on her own.

Personality: Highly loyal and reliable, she never lets her friends down if she can help it. A good sport, she always laughs along with others and even at herself.

Faults and fears: Some of her faults include a lack of planning through; she doesn't think much before acting. She can also be quite cocky at times. While she does want to become a hero and people already tend to rely on her, she's very afraid of having too much responsibilities. She's afraid of making a mistake and letting people down. She's also terrified that if she's the person people rely on, she won't have anyone to rely on.
