No, they're not so special when it comes to the "daycare".
We bath them and clean their ears when we go to a show, or sometimes before we take photos of them, but no more than that
But they need a lot of company, they're very social (one of the most social cats you can get), so that's the "daycare", to cuddle with your sphynx ^^
