Description

My friend sent me a cute picture of a mother cat with her kitten and then this quick drawing happened: the siderians (northern, horse-sized big cats) Malta (black) and her cub Yava in a bit of a tender moment. Yava was close with her mother as a cub and remained close for the rest of her life. It was also nice to draw Malta again – she is quite a fascinating person who has actually quite a vital role in the story as someone wise and stable with a lot of knowledge about healing plants.

Malta’s subtle ghost markings (she has a bit of a rosette pattern like you see in Bengal cats).
Yava seems rather pattern less but has a strange kind of irradiance that reflects multiple colours on her otherwise black base colour.

(also: I'm quite damn busy with trying to finish my PhD so I may not be able to answer comments, but I still really appreciate it and I read them all!)

It’s ok to use some siderian images (they are semi-open species actually - note me if you want to know more), but always refer to them as what and WHO they are.
