Ulysses wears two masks, according to the wiki. His gas mask, and his entire face is a mask, due to the fact he never blinks, his face is more detailed than all other characters, and his mouth doesn't move when he talks. Now, all we need to figure out is what his REAL face looks like.

I love Ulysses he's just badass I wish they didn't cut him as a companion, travelling the mojave while he rants with his clip sentences . . . about Old World History. . . and . . . hating . . . the NCR

Unfortunitly no they cut him from the original game, thats why they ended up putting him into a DLC instead
