"Oh William, isn't the beach lovely!"  Grell exclaimed happily as he set his chair down on the sand. "Could you please help me put up this umbrella? Its so heavy and you're so strong." Grell requested as he twirled his long red braid.

William knew that this day was not going to be as relaxing as he had hoped, but he figured if he appeased Grell now, it might give him a few moments of relaxation. As he was working, he could see Grell watching him, batting his long eyelashes and wiggling his hips. "There its done."

With the umbrella finally assembled, William took a seat under it, next to Grell. "William, aren't you getting warm?" Grell remarked.

That morning:

Earlier that day, Grell had begged William to go to the beach with him, which of course William refused. It was not until Grell reminded him of the bikini he had recently bought that he decided that taking a day off wouldn't hurt.

Although he had agreed to go out with Grell, he would surely not dress like Grell. That morning he walked down the stairs in a white button down shirt and khaki shorts.

"William, those aren't appropriate for the beach." the redhead whined.

Shaking his head, William finished packing. "I do not care if they are "inappropriate," this is what I am wearing. Why are you wearing a red silk robe to the beach?" The only reason William intended on spending a perfectly good workday at the beach was to see Grell in his new bikini. "Oh Will, I'm saving my real outfit for the beach. You will see it then."

With a frustrated sigh, William took the bags in hand and beckoned Grell to follow.

Present time:

"No, I'm fine."

There was a few minutes of quiet, which William appreciated, before Grell exclaimed, "We should make a sandcastle! Wouldn't that be fun William!"

With a sigh, William began picking up sand and stacking it, much to Grell's delight. He knew that if he kept ignoring Grell, it would just make his day worse.   Well there goes any hope of relaxation today.

Fairly quickly Will became bored. "Aren't you going to swim?" Grell getting in the water definitely be good for William. First, he'd have an excuse to stop playing with sand and secondly, he'd finally be able to see Grell in a wet swimsuit.

At that question, Grell just laughed and shook his head. "Swim? Of course not silly.  My  suit is made of silk, it can't get wet."

William just shook his head and went back to reading.

A little while later, Grell started to complain that it was too hot. "Well, why don't you take that robe off then?" Will asked a little too excitedly. "You're right, my bathing suit will be much cooler."

When the silk robe finally came off, Will had to keep from staring. Grell was wearing a ruffled red bikini. The top was fairly plain, while the bottom looked like a skirt that barely covered his ass.

"I...umm....don't you think that is in appropriate in public?" Will would be damned if he had a ton of men staring at his Grell.

"Of course it is. Don't you like it?" Grell said as he spun for his boss and lover.

After a minute of staring, Will finally realized he needed to speak. "I...uh...it looks good." He said as he crossed his legs. Grell's body had always aroused him, and that bikini did not help. "William!" Grell whispered with a triumphant smile. "Are you horny?" he asked as he crawled onto his lover's lap. "You are! Want me to do something about that." he said seductively as he began to rub William's hard on. "No...I do..n't" he moaned. "I think you do." Grell began to pull the other man's zipper down before William exclaimed,

"What the h..."

Ronald ran toward the two men. The younger shinigami was wearing blue board shorts and had water wings and a inner tube around his waist. In addition, he wore flippers which he tripped on while he ran. "Hey guys! I wouldn't have expected you two here...damn Grell, nice bikini." he observed.  However, Ronald quickly backed away and looked away from his senpai when he saw William's face. "Well. I'm gonna go in the water. How about you two." Both shook their heads and William responded, "You know there's sharks in there right?"

Ronald then gazed at the water apprehensively and stomps over to an open spot and sits down.  
"I'm watching you shark!" he mumbled. "I know you're in there you big jerk. I came all this way and because of you I can't go in." He stuck his tongue out at the open water and crossed his arms.

"That boy is strange." William muttered to no one in particular. Grell, who had been tanning himself looked up, " Of course he is, but we love him anyway." he said affectionately.

William went back to reading, while Grell put his red sunglasses back on and closed his eyes, hoping to get a bit of color so he could look good for William tonight.

Ten minutes later Grell and William heard a scream come from the water. Both looked up and saw Ronald running toward them, tripping on his flippers. "I waited a long time, I thought that stupid shark would be gone! So I went in and saw it!"

They both stared at each other before Grell asked, "You saw a shark?" he questioned. 
"No! I saw a dolphin! It was huge and jumped out of the water RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!"

At that statement, William went back to reading, while Grell tried not to laugh at Ronald's failure. "Ronnie, honey, its just a dolphin."  "But it was HUGE!"

After Grell assured Ronald that the water was safe, he stumbled back into the water, leaving the lovers mostly to themselves.

"William, honey, I think I'm starting to burn. Could you put this sunscreen on my back."

The older man was not going to say no to Grell, particularly not when it meant rubbing lotion onto his back. "Of course." he said as he took the bottle.

"Oh Will, that feels nice." Grell muttered as he looked back at his lover. As the both stared at each other they both said, "Do you want to leave?"

"Let's go." William whispered as he looked over at Ronald who was splashing around in the water.

Both packed their things up quickly and hoped that Ronald wouldn't notice they had left. "He'll be fine." William said before kissing Grell.
