Why would there be camel toe with this?

the person who asked for you to make this, are they a she?, are they going to ware it?, if yes and yes then it must be prefit for her body(even with something under that) going to be tight and going to hurt when pinched I.E. camel toe + cahin mail = pain XD

Yes, the person is female. Yes, she is going to wear it.

Yes, I got her measurements and it is made just for her. No, she won't be wearing anything under it.

Well made maille does not tend to pinch, especially in the size rings and weave it was made in.

Do you make or wear maille?

no, and no, read small amount about it, none of the books I found said about weave, just ring size, thats why we have the comment bar. I said something that didnt make sens to you, that I thought I knew what I was talking about, It wasnt right and now I am being corrected and learning XD

I believe it was your choice of phrasing that put me off. If you have questions, ask directly. I find it best to leave your assumptions at the door and just ask what you need to find out.

Your comment about camel toe...well...I'm not quite sure why you'd leave a comment such as that if you had an honest question about maille. Of course, I didn't have to engage, but I chose to.

FYI, there are ways to make thongs that require no "pre-fit". I choose to make my maille clothing to particular measurement for the most part.

I am very happy to help new (and not-so-new) maillers with questions about rings, pliers, weaves, etc. If you have a real interest and need help, feel free to ask.

Even when I sell bracelets at a show, I make adjustments on the spot so that I and my customer know that it fits perfectly for them. Keep up the great work

Yep...me too! I always bring all my crap to shows. One show I did last year was insane...I was busy making custom rings for everyone and their grandmother.
