I agree with the commenter who posted, "beautiful, sweet.." However, from the title of the image I'm not sure that's exactly what you're trying to convey.
However, except for her less-than-sunny expression I don't get an "Angel of Death" feel from this capture. Of course if she's an ex than I understand completely, but away from that the lighting is too bright and her makeup and wardrobe don't suggest anything pointing to the title of the image. If it had been titled "Lost Soul" or "Depression" or "WTF Are You Looking At" or something like that I'd give this a "BRAVO", but the title is throwing me. I'm even trying to think of a possible dichotomy here but I just can't make it work.
There really is so much to like about this but given the title I don't feel like you accomplished what you set out to convey.
So, playing as if you hadn't titled it at all I'll give you this as well:
She is beautiful and there is a darkness in her mood/expression. I like the hint of shadow on her neck and the tilt of her shoulders, it gives the image some movement.
However (isn't there always an 'however') the lighting overall is flat. There are no catchlights in her eyes and while that does tend to make the eyes look dead, in this case it doesn't quite capture the "Angel of Death" mood. The position of her hand is fine though I would like to see more bend and feathering with her fingers. I like that you didn't let the necklace hang off to the side, but would like to see what's at the end.
Lastly, while the lines in the brick wall bring the eye into your subject, I think it would have been better to get her farther away from the wall and used a wider aperture to give it some bokeh. As it is the wall competes with her for my eye.
