The tones of this shot are what first drew my attention. The iciness of the tones of the clothing, the cement rail, and the building in the background all work really well with the model's. I like the low key saturation of the red lipstick against the paleness of her skin. Nice job with leveling the colors.
The buildings in the background seem to be a bit tilted towards the right. Perhaps try to level them? The tilt in combination with how the top of the model's head is on the same level as they are is a bit distracting. However I like the shared height for its aesthetic "anchoring the model" in the shot feel.
As for the pose, I like how she is holding her right hand very much. The curve to the wrist and fingers makes it seem very elegant. I also like the slope to her left shoulder. It really emphasizes the beauty of her neck. But I am not sure how I like how you've pushed her arms out of the frame. The burned out spot of the railing visible in the space under her left arm is a bit distracting in terms of overall composition.

first... love the lips and that shade of red....
second... the look you give does show that you are an "addict" of what love is and how it makes you feel...
now on to the nitty gritty... the overall composition of the piece is solid... well composed, and does a good job of delivering the intent... the message... not too sure on that... in my eyes... it's a "glass half full/empty" thing. I like the over all color usage and how there's a chilly warmth to the whole shot... your pose is great... hair is good, earrings... umm... not so sure I like them in the shot but they work...
