I got into Steven Universe and I wanted to see how would the characters look in my style...and...it was pretty fun! XD a great exercise too for the variety in human structures. I think they are looking more confident now, I hope so.
As for the cartoon, I think it's very pretty and colorful, and the characters are lovely. I'm so glad there's finally an "Adventure time-ish" show that I truly like. Don't get me wrong, I like Adventure time, but it may be just a little to chaotic for me to truly enjoy (though I always have a great time with the visuals)...and Regular show bores me for some reason...But I have no problems with Steven Universe, it's surely weird, but pleasantly weird and surprisingly dramatic in some ocations, it's great to know there's finally one CN cartoon that I like enough for fanart <3

Aww muchas gracias! Y en realidad ya tengo algunas Peridots...aunque en mi cuaderno de garabatos nada mas. Igual planeo subir mas fanart de Steven (es solo que la gran mayoría son garabatos a lápiz por ahora XD ) y en eso probablemente Peridot, se esta convirtiendo en uno de mis personajes favoritos

Pearl's nose has always bugged me, but I love the show so much I deal with it xD It bugs me that she's so twiggy and seems fragile, but the way you draw her is just beautiful :3
I love Steven's chubbiness, he doesn't look fat but he looks like he's got that baby chub x3
Amethyst has that childish playful look which is adorable as always, and Garnet just looks amazing! Her hair just pulls it all together x3

I'm very insecure about the way I draw humans (or human-like creatures on this case XD) but things like this make me feel a lot better

Sabes, ahora muchos shows toman ese estilo de dibujo, o parecido al de Hora de Aventura, me pregunto por qué
Pero recientemente me encontré una mini-serie que se llama Over the Garden Wall, talvéz ya la conozcas, que tiene ese estilo y es de CN pero es muy diferente a estas otras que vemos, me pareció que la trama es más oscura, talvéz pueda gustarte. Te la recomiendo bastante, es muy bella <3

Y quien sabe, pero puede que sea una especie de renacimiento de las caricaturas, puesto que estan comenzando a ser creadas por personas nacidas en los 80's y el estilo de ese entonces ya empezaba a ser digamos...mas desatado XD Es una teoría nada mas, pero yo también me lo pregunto.
Y si he escuchado de Over the Garden Wall, planeo verla muy pronto por que me encanta el arte owo

Awwhahaha! Yeah! I love this show! I'm glad you got into it, it's such a good show. I do love the whole "familial" feel about it as well, it's a nice "feel-good" show!
You should try playing around with these more pastel-y colors more often, it pays off pretty well! Especially since I know your more fond of "earth" colors, it might be nice practice.
Either way seeing this on your page made me pretty happy to say the least, fanart for happy and goofy cartoons always makes my day!
