This was a coloring experiment with more "duller, unsaturated colors" (refrained from using bright colors this time)Anyway I really, really love Saber's suit; it really makes her dignified levels go up tenfold XD (it's more appealing than all of her other "fanservice" outfits in the other Fate/Stay Night series in my opinion lol)

And I thought this was male and I was going to assume her to be a gentlemen. Well even though she isn't a male she has the radiance of a gentlemen in this picture. With her wearing a dull, unsaturated suit she this classy look that seems to fit with the overall dull, quite, yet relaxing atmosphere of the background.

yeah! shes a little bizarre to me, cause her personality is so hard for me to pin down, shes so stoic, you know? but i really love what the fans have done with it, theyve turned her into such a lovable character! the original fate/stay taught me saber is "like a boss", but the fanbase taught me she is too adorable for words. XD lol. have you seen the carnival phantasm series?

What I actually loved about Zero!Saber that FSN!Saber didn't quite deliver to me was her sheer no-nonsense attitude (not that she wasn't in FSN, but she was a bit tsundere to me and Rin was already one towards Shirou), but perhaps that's just me. XP BUT after reading the entire Fate/Zero novel, in retrospect, I'm actually really happy that she was able to loosen up, and finally accept her fate.
(and I wholeheartedly agree, the fanbase is really quite hilarious sometimes, but they can also be pretty brilliant xD)
I'm actually new to the whole Type-Moon franchise, so I probably won't get the references that is within Carnival Phantasm (though honestly I'm not all into its fanservice so I dunno if I'll ever get into it). Still, it's probably something nice and pleasant to watch especially after watching a couple of gruesome scenes in Zero lol XD

well, im mostly familiar with fate/stay night, and only somewhat loosely acquainted with tsukihime, so i was in a pretty similar boat when i watched carnival phantasm. still, it is absolutely hilarious! there is a little bit of fanservice, but that is really not the point of the show at all.
IDK, in the original fate/stay, i just had a hard time pin pointing her personality. i couldnt predict her at all. i gear much more towards rin, and, lol, think im more similar to rin. (oh god i love her in the visual novel) seeing her kind of loosened up, and brought into a more comical light, made her more understanding to me. after all that, coming to fate/zero, i felt i could connect with her character a ton more. also, very interesting to see kiritsugi.

I actually started to watch a few Fate/Stay oriented episodes of Carnival Phantasm out of curiosity and holy crap, I do love all of Gil's and Saber's segments ("Rules? I am the rules!" and surprisingly enough, episode 8, notably) XD And I really didn't see it coming, but F/Z characters at the very end too! O_o I had no idea they'd actually show up(seeing Kiritsugu smiling together with his family made me more happier than it should. Oh, and Iskander and Waver XDD)! Thanks for reminding me to check CP out! It's just very uplifting after reading that Fate/Zero novel
